How It Works

  • 2. Take measurements

    Consultation: Discuss your vision and needs.


    Site Inspection: Assess the space and note unique features.


    Precision Measurements: Use advanced tools to take accurate measurements.


    Planning and Design: Create detailed plans to ensure a perfect fit.

  • 3. Approve budget

    Review: Home owners will review the budget proposal in detail. This includes analyzing projected income, expenses, resource allocation, and potential financial risks. Owner may be required to provide documentation verifying their ability to pay the contract cost of this agreement (Bankletter, etc)


    Adjustments and Revisions: Any feedback or concerns from the review process are addressed. This might involve revising certain budget lines, reallocating funds, or adjusting projections to ensure the budget aligns with strategic goals.


    Approval & Documentation: Once approved, the budget is formally documented. This may include creating a final version of the budget report, obtaining signatures from authorized personnel. A 40% Deposits is due upon approval, followed by another 30% upon arrival of materials. The last 30% will be due at completion.

  • 4. Start project

    Setup and Prep: AIG will bring all materials,set up protective coverings and complete any prep work before real work begins.


    Noise and Disruption: Expect increased noise, dust, and restricted access to certain areas.


    Communication: AIG will maintain regular communication with customer about progress and any issues via contractors APP.


    Timeline and Budget Management: Be prepared to make timely decisions regarding design choices and materials, to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.

  • 5. Finish on schedule

    Punch List: Identify any remaining tasks or touch-ups needed and create a punch list with AIG.


    Cleanup: AIG will clean up the work area, removing debris, tools, and materials.


    Final Walkthrough: Inspect the completed work with the AIG to ensure it meets your expectations and specifications.


    Final Payments: Settle any remaining payments as per the contract.


    Feedback: Provide feedback and a review, based on your experience and satisfaction with AIG on Google ♥️
